Certification of Master of Meditation

Master of yoga and meditation
Over the past many moments I have been locked in study here in Delhi India, at the Center for Transformational Yoga with an incredible Swami Vidyananji and group learning the yogic arts. Conveying ancient teachings to everyone in a way that is digestible to Western perspective is my goal as now I move forward completing certification of Master of yoga and meditation.
I feel honoured to have experienced such ancient teachings into the arts of holistic living – that is essentially what yoga is, simply the way of healthy life – no religious dogmas attached.
Understanding that many are searching for different ways of finding that next step into the depths of enjoying life, I’m looking forward to bringing together my past 10 years of inquiry into self-realization, and providing it to all that wish within personal and public sessions.
There truly is an art to living within harmony, balance and bliss. Relaxing, purifying and awakening ones body, mind, and soul is the gateway to this realization.
Over the next few weeks I will be travelling to the Keralan South of India to explore the arts of ancient healing Ayurveda, before making the climb back North to the Himalayas to join the ranks of master Tibetan meditators and yogi’s learning Transcendental Meditation in Dharamsala and Rishikesh – if my posts are less for now, they soon will be much more.
