Center for Mindfulness conference details by University of Massachusetts

The Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts is the birthplace of much of what the West knows about Mindfulness, through their groundbreaking innovation of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program and leading research in contemplative science in medicine, healthcare and society.

This coming Thursday March 29th – Sunday April 1st the Center will be hosting their annual conference and gala celebrating their 10th Annual International Scientific Conference for Clinicians, Researchers and Educators. I am very exited to attend this incredible experience; a space to explore and expand our knowledge in the applications of Mindfulness training in our professional fields along with the opportunity to mingle with some of the most talented leaders in Mindfulness interventions.

If you are interested to join, check out their homepage for more information on speakers and conference dates by clicking here or scroll down for Conference Highlights.
