Meet the Trainer
Michael Apollo has experienced the fast paced corporate lifestyle working with Fortune 500 giants Apple, Xerox Corporation, Fleishman Hillard in Manhattan and as an entrepreneur alongside David ‘Patch’ Evans CEO of GoodLife fitness.
Excelling stress-free in his work he could not shake the widespread impact of stress, tension, and anxiety on his co-workers and how this impacted their work and personal lives.
Over the past 15 years, he has attained Master certification in Meditation receiving training from a number of meditation masters, and applied these practices in everyday, real-world, high-pressure situations.
Currently training Medical Professionals at the University Health Network Toronto General Hospital, City of Toronto, and Corporations across the Greater Toronto Area, the insight he shares lies in foundation from the Harvard Mind|Body Medical Institute, Google University employee Emotional Intelligence program and other Top Institutions worldwide.
